HALL OF FAME NOMINATION FORM
The National Gay Basketball Association’s Hall of Fame is designed to honor the achievements of all members of the LGBT+ Basketball community.
Submit your nomination for a living or deceased (players, coaches, managers or exceptional contributors), who has been an active member for a minimum of seven years, and has been in good standing for five.
Did the nominees make a significant contributions to their leagues? The LGBT+ basketball community? The NGBA? Did the bringing to life their mission and vision for lgbt_ basketball?
Nominations can be submitted by any person(s) who is familiar to the individual and their contributions.
Each nominee must have an advocate. The advocate serves as the primary voice of the nominee and agrees to be called upon to answer questions regarding the nominee.

The 2022 Hall of Fame Class will be honored at the Gay Basketball National Championships in Fort Lauderdale, FL on October 8-9, 2022
