For over twenty years, the National Gay Basketball Association (NGBA) has cultivated and nurtured a community of over 1,000 LGBTQ+ athletes and allies, providing a secure space for athletes to show up as their full selves while playing a game they love. As a result, we’ve built a family that reaches across the globe and shows up in unfortunate times of tragedy and in triumphant times of celebration.
As we continue to grow, improve, and introduce new athletes to our family, we look to our community for support. At this moment in history when everything seems to be turning backwards, we want to be a light leading in the right direction.
